Hi, I’m Sarah!

I am a business owner, wife, mom and a lover of all things food. I have a bachelor’s degree in business management, a health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, as well as an ISSA, NASM and AFAA recognized Macro Nutrition Coaching certification. After having Covid, my body was never the same. I had to learn about my body and nutrition from the ground up — I was starting from scratch. My first introduction to macros came in 2020 from MOVES by Madeline and the Tighter Together challenge. I was hooked. To understand what my body needed in terms of proteins, fats and carbs, all while eating my favorite foods was life-changing. From that moment on, I said "goodbye" to yo-yo dieting and "hello" to finally learning how to eat sustainably. 

As a macro coach, it’s my job to help client’s understand and create a sustainable lifestyle that is based on their individual needs, and a lot of that starts with shifting their mindset. I’ll start by going back to basics: teaching clients about proteins, fats and carbs. Tracking macronutrients may sound complicated, but it’s really a straightforward approach that will simplify nutrition forever.
